EduKick Manchester 2 – 0 Stockport College

Edukick Manchester got back the winning feeling this week in a game away to Stockport College. Playing at Stockport Sports village, a venue they all know well as they attend the trials session there, the lads kicked off the game at a good pace. Due to a a few injuries and school work for some, the formation was something new to the team, however they coped well and controlled the game for most part.

In the first half the visitors had the best number of chances, however the home side should have gone ahead but for a great saved to the right from the Edukick keeper.

It wasn’t until just before the break that Edukick broke the deadlock, with our trialist from Korea striking home from close range to make it 1-0. Comfortable at the break the Edukick side pilled on the pressure in the second half, with some great Crossfield balls from Devendra that put in Stephan a few times, but it was only after several chances that he finally got his goal and made it 2-0 to Edukick.

Late on Marus hit the post with a strike, but the game ended with a conformable 2-0 victory for the visitors.
